Yoga Immersion Weekend – Tilton House, Firle, East Sussex –

I am excited to invite 12 guests to join me for a weekend of Yoga and nourishment for your mind and body.

Hosted at the highly acclaimed retreat space of Tilton House this location boasts far reaching views across the Sussex Weald. Come and join me for a long weekend immersed in Yoga and stunning natural landscape.

£385 EARLY BIRD – Book by November 2021, £400 if booked after – based on sharing a twin bedded room.

£485 EARLY BIRD – Book by November 2021, £500 if booked after – based on a single private room (only 2 available)

NOTE:  One TRIPLE room is on offer at a reduced rate of £15 less per person

Two nights of accommodation in stunning high quality rooms with spectacular views.

Six meals in total – 2 dinners, 2 lunches and 2 breakfasts (dietary focus shown below)

Optional massage treatment which is recommended as part of your immersion experience.

SCHEDULE

Friday

Arriving from 3 pm allowing ample time to group and settle. 5 pm Yoga class based on grounding, welcoming and settling. 7 pm dinner (see below for dietary focus) 8.30 pm candle lit YIN into Yoga Nidra.

Saturday

7 am – optional silent / pranayama time. 8 – 9 am Breakfast.  10am – 12 pm – Invigorating Yoga session. 12.30pm lunch – 1.30pm optional Yoga workshop with a focus suited to the group attending. Between 3pm – 7pm there is space for guided walks (weather depending) – time to enjoy a Cedar Wood Sauna (included in price) – or book a massage in the beautiful treatment room (priced separately – pre booking required). 7pm dinner – 8..30 pm candle lit  shared discussion – Yoga Philosophy – Yama / Niyama in perspective. YIN / Nidra before sleep

Sunday

7am – optional silent / pranayama focus. 8 – 9am Breakfast.   10am – 12pm Yoga session bringing together our shared evolved practice. 12.30pm lunch. 1.30pm shared reflection and closing circle.  3pm refreshment and snack available as we prepare for our goodbyes.

FOOD

The chefs at Tilton House offer first class cuisine using seasonal vegetables and catering possibilities for any dietary requirements. Over this weekend detoxifying meals will be vegetarian and/or vegan where required.

TRAVEL

I will provide a list of people traveling by car and who are willing to share.  Taxis from Lewes cost £18 and can be shared.

Workshop – Embodying Somatic Principles into your Vinyasa Exploration – 

Somatic principles emphasise our internal perception of our embodied experience of physicality.  This workshop offers a chance to ‘feel’ our bodies rather than ‘think’ about them. By understanding the difference between the image we have of our bodies and the actual experience of it, our principles of practice profoundly shift. Vinyasa is a continuous and lifelong movement exploration.  Let us practice and explore together, developing an ability to observe our sensual experience of ourselves.
