“Through Fiona I have learnt not just to improve my asana practise, but also to really establish the connection with the breath and bandhas. HIGHLY recommended for all levels”

You are invited to come and share in this gentle Yoga focus, rooted in self compassion. Together we will explore the moving body with particular focus on our shifting mental patterns that accompany and inform our attitudes towards ourselves and therefore outward to others.
Our practice will include pranayama (breath) techniques and aspects of Kriya Yoga (action, deed, effort). With these practices we can begin to truly see the benefits of our Yoga off the mat. We will give time to explore clarity of mind, action and intention.
The asana (posture, gesture) practice will move from a slow flow to a restorative Yin. Unlike regular classes I intend to move from the gross anatomical focus, to a focus of the subtle anatomy.
We will then be blessed to receive a sound healing gong bath from Xenia, SoundCalling
From 1 pm we will be sharing food which I will have prepared for all. Around the table I welcome any group discussions, questions or musings that may arise from our deep mindful morning focus.
After our practice you are invited to stay for food which I will provide.
